Booking Terms:

Reservations are for the entire villa only.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Payment: 50% deposit required at booking, balance due 30 days before arrival.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Parties or events require prior written approval.

The Chaps Vida LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse booking in case of misrepresentation or inappropriate behavior.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.

15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit.

Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.

Force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions) may allow partial/full refunds at The Chaps Vida LLC discretion.
